How does a wound heal?
OUCH!
It happens sometimes, you get a little wound. By an accident with a knife, sharp paper, or if you fall. On your knee, elbow, in your finger, you name it! That might hurt, but if the wound starts to inflame, it's gonna hurt you more. So always treat a wound right.
First rinse the wound with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry. Allow a scraping to dry in the air first. Then disinfect a small wound with Sterilon or Betadine iodine. Cover the wound with a band-aid or gauze. Then it heals by itself. A crust forms, never take it off! Because underneath that crust, new skin cells are formed. In the beginning pale pink, but later the color repulses completely. At least, mostly. Curing sometimes tickles. Then try not to scratch. The tickling means your cells are healing.
