
#health A few years ago I weighed 66 kilos at 18 years old, I'm not very tall so I had a few extra pounds.
I decided to investigate on my own how I could start personally and from home, start a healthy nutrition plan and, in addition, a series of training and exercises that will help me achieve my goal and I came up with some tips that were quite effective for me
Meals:
- Zero burgers and hot dogs
- Zero sugar
- Zero sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, butters)
- Pasta in small quantity, (once a week) accompanied by broccoli and cooked carrots.
- Lots of grains.
- Lots of water (12 glasses of water) 2 glasses before eating and the rest between meals.
Physical training:
BAILOTHERAPY 1 time per week
JUST DANCE (XBOX) 1 hour daily
CARDIO (running, jumping rope) 3 times a week
This helped me a lot to achieve it, you can do it too! Our health is very important.
