Want to know the right weight for you?  That is quite difficult to determine exactly. The correct weight is not just the number of kilos that the scale indicates. It depends on different things:

  • Your body type (are you hefty, lean, muscular, etc)
  • Amount of fat relative to. your weight
  • Do you have much or little muscle mass
  • Do you have a lot or little moisture
  • What bone structure do you have?
  • Do you have visible fat deposits?
  • How much organ fat do you have?
  • What is the circumference of your belly and waist?

On many websites, they talk about your BMI, which means Body Mass Index. It's the ratio of your height to your weight. But that BMI isn't really reliable for your right weight. It doesn't take into account those things that are above.
