This is just the basic quantity of water set for general individuals. But, this requirement may vary depending on your body weight and size. In fact, if you are out in a hot day, or doing some tedious tasks that make you sweat a lot, this requirement of water goes up. Surprisingly, your body will ask for it. However, you should limit your water intake if you are suffering from any type of kidney disease or heart failure.
