Follow-up story Kalle and Pietje, part 53
Pietje is very impressed by everything that happens to her now. The verdict stabbed her deep inside. She was expecting a few months in jail, but this...? Six years is a long time. And that just as she got her life back together.
But, yeah, she actually suffocated Kalle. She kept it a secret from him, too, when love would certainly have covered it. She knows that she has to face this now and make the best of the years to come.
She hopes and prays that she will have a relatively quiet time. Even though she fully realizes that her victims have also lived in turmoil for years. And maybe still...
