HOW TO BAKE SALMON
INDIAN BAKED SALMON
Salmon, a sound and flavorful slick fish which is plentiful in Omega 3 unsaturated fats, proteins and nutrient D. I really began having this fish solely after my wedding. During those days I used to purchase frozen salmon and made Kerala fish curry with it. It tasted alright however nothing awesome, I didn't know around then what should I attempt to make it more flavorful and I continued to fault that fish for wrong reasons. A long time later we went to a fish eatery and my better half arranged barbecued salmon and it tasted so flavorful that I needed to change my viewpoint about salmon and began cherishing it. From that day onwards, we either prepare or barbecue salmon and presently a days this is the manner by which I for the most part make salmon and my loved ones are cherishing it.
Recipe for Baked salmon utilizing Indian flavors/Kerala style heated salmon :
- Salmon filet, boneless ~ 16 oz/1 Pound ( Cut into 2 pieces )
- Cayenne pepper powder/Paprika/Kashmiri cold powder ~ 2.5 tsp
- Dark pepper powder ~ 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric powder ~ 1/8 tsp
- Fennel powder ~ 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder ~ 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder ~ 1/2 tsp
- Dissolved margarine/Olive oil ~ 2 to 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice ~ 2.5 tbsp
- Dried parsley ~ 1.5 tbsp - Crushed with your palms. ( Optional )
- Salt to taste
