Actually the road is less complex than we think we simply want to do it, have the will to be a better person every day, desire to change and evolve, leaving behind what hurt us or that tormented us but that has taught us and we have learned from what we lived.

Walking along the spiritual path requires a step every moment of the day is a constant learning, it is to know each other better and that is why it is necessary to dedicate ourselves to training the mind to drive away those negative emotions or thoughts that do not allow us to rise to a level where positive vibrations are high.

We must love each other, self-heal in order to show more love, compassion, goodness and joys to those who are close to us, when we are not empathic and have thoughts of vengeance, evil or mistreat someone with our words simply does not serve anything, because spirituality is the love we give daily.

If we want to find the spiritual path let us learn to live in harmony and absolute peace being sincere with ourselves and our essence, let us hand the one who asks it, let us always remember that we are beings capable of living in peace, harmony, without judging living without prejudice.
