How to check the quality of the wine!!!

One of the simplest ways to know the condition of a wine can be seen. In its color and texture you can see its cleanliness, that there is no sediment or solid elements.
In addition, high-quality wines are bright, they should never be opaque or cloudy.

Its storage must be strict: the cork of the bottle must always be in contact with the wine, that is, place the bottle horizontally, to prevent it from being damaged. It's when the wine starts to take on the smell and taste of vinegar .

Consisting mainly of acetic acid, it should be as low as possible in addition to remaining stable to aid in the preservation of wine. If the acid is too high in tasting, it can be felt in the aroma and taste of the wine, which will be similar to vinegar.

Wine is the oldest and most used drink in the world, particularly it is my favorite drink, it is very special that is why we must know how to handle it and know how to store it. And thus be able to enjoy a quality wine.

These recommendations were given to me by a friend some time ago and I thought it important to be able to share them with you, because surely there are many people here in yoors who like wine.
