Ways to cook corn beef
Boil
Boiling is the traditional way to cook corn beef and is the most used one. Not just does it remove the excess salt out of beef also makes the hard-cut brisket tender. To boil a corned beef, put it in boiling water, add spices, cloves, onion, celery, and a carrot and let it cook for about 3 to 4 hours. You can also add potatoes and cabbages while cooking.
Slow cook
If you don't want to keep a watch on the cooking beef, then slow cook is the best method. Put carrot, onion, spices, and celery in a slow cooker and place beef at the top of the veggies. Now add water enough to submerge beef and salt into the cooker and let it cook for 41/2 hours.
Bake
If you prefer a crisp beef, then baking is the solution. First, boil the corned beef for a while and set the oven to preheat on 250 degrees F to remove the curing salt. Now place it on a baking tray, cover it with foil and bake it for 2 hours. Now remove top foil and bake for another 30 minutes to make it crisp.
