In life we sometimes live full of anxiety, and this is sometimes due to the kind of life we lead on a day-to-day basis. Anxiety is an emotion that everyone experiences in a situation of uncertainty and threat. Prepare the person for scenarios that may have a negative result. It's adaptive and it's good. The problem comes when it becomes pathological and manifested to a degree too intense and very often.
Personally, something that causes me a lot of anxiety in the afternoons is the desire to eat something sweet or a treat, so I was talking to a friend who is a psychologist and she gave me these tips:
•Relaxation exercises (breaths).
•Regular physical exercise, which is a “natural anxiolytic”.
•Take care of your diet.
•Sleep well.
•Knowing how to set limits, which translates, among other things, into “not overdoing work and not taking work home”.
•Know how to ask for help, as “we tend to carry too many tasks.”.
•Learn to identify negative thoughts and question them.
