Sometimes as human beings we lose our patience in different situations and get angry

Start watching what things or events make you angry and why. Write in words what makes you lose your composure so you can act instead of reacting.

2-. Think about the solutions before you act

3-. Make a decision and see your progress

This is where you act by seeing what is the best way to cope with this situation. Look at the list and choose the option that is probably the most effective. Little by little you will see improvements in your behavior.
