Aloe Vera has certain chemicals named aloin and aloisen that have skin lightening properties. These chemicals destroy the melanin cells and prevent further production of melanin cells in the skin.
The gel of Aloe Vera contains Vitamin A, C, and E, which helps in lighten the skin. Vitamin A helps in the natural skin shedding process. Vitamin C helps to brighten the skin complexion, and Vitamin E renews the epidermis. It is suggested to use natural Aloe Vera gel from the plant directly. To treat your hyperpigmentation, you can directly take a ripe papaya. Peel off the skin and mash the papaya to make a paste. Apply this paste as a face mask on your skin. Leave this mask for 20 minutes on your skin and then wash your face. Use twice a day for best result, morning and before going to bed.
4.    Lemons
Lemon contains citric acid that acts as a bleaching agent for your skin to remove your dark spots. Lemon juice slows down the pigmentation process by breaking melanin production in your skin. Lemon juice helps in brighten your skin color.
You can apply lemon use on your skin with the help of cotton balls. If your skin is sensitive, apply on a small area of the skin to check whether it reacts or not. If your skin reacts with pure lemon juice, you can mix water in it. Let it sit on your face for 10 minutes, twice a day, and then wash with lukewarm water.
5.    Turmeric
Turmeric is a spice that is used in cooking to increase the taste. It is also used in many supplements for medicinal purposes. From ancient times, it is used to treat many health problems from ailment to skincare. Turmeric reduces inflammation and treats acne. It has antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
It inhibits the growth of melanin in the skin and lightens your skin by removing dark spots. To use turmeric for hyperpigmentation, mix it with honey, and for the best result, add few drops of lemon juice. Apply this mask on your face. You can also use turmeric with rice water and flour. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then wash your face.
