How to make beef salad yourself
Necessities:
750 gram beef
1 small pot of silver onions
1 stock cube of beef
1 jar of pickles
iceberg lettuce
small pot of semi-full mayonnaise
4 tomatoes
4 eggs

put the beef in a pan with plenty of water and a stock cube and cook the meat until cooked in about an hour and a half. In the meantime, cook the potatoes until cooked and let it cool down, mash them finely. Boil eggs hard.
Let the beef cool down and take the meat apart into fine pieces. Keep a little more broth, the rest can be stored for soup, for example.
Cut the silver onions into very small pieces or put them in the blender. Cut about 4 large pickles into small pieces or also in the blender. Cut a quarter of the iceberg lettuce into fine pieces.
