How To Make Money Blogging

This blog will give you the background, tools, and resources that you need to help you get started on that money-making blog.

There are endless ways you can earn with a blog or website, we are going to breakdown some options and how you can go about getting started.

If you have any questions or need any help in starting your blog, or something that you would like to discuss regarding best ways to create a blog and make money with it, do not hesitate to contact me through the comments section.

Monetization Strategy

You do not need to be in monetization mode the minute that your blog launches, but you should put monetization strategies for your online business into place on Day 1.

By creating your monetization strategy ahead of time, you will be able to follow an easy structure that will help you to really make money with your blog.

By choosing a proper, high-level blogging monetization strategy on Day 1, you can earn a life-changing amount of money as a blogger in 90 days, instead of taking five years.

Avoid making this mistake

One of the biggest mistakes I see new bloggers making is to put all of their hopes in a single method of monetization, typically ads or sponsored posts, and not to diversify.

Once you publish a couple blogs and have started to get some traffic, then you can start working to monetize them in order to earn that first dollar.

If you have a relatively new blog, or a blog that is not getting much traffic, the following are the monetization strategies that you can implement to begin the revenue-generating process.

Sponsored Post

The first step in earning income through sponsored posts is starting your blog, if you do not already have one. If you are unwilling to sell advertising space on your site, but you are still looking to make money blogging, then you could instead make sponsored posts.

Business Mindset

To make life-changing money with your blog as quickly as possible, you must begin thinking like a CEO and developing systems for scaling your blog as a startup, rather than as a hobby.

If your dream is to build a million-dollar-a-year business from your blog, and to totally transform how people think about a particular subject, then, with lots of work and a little bit of focus, you too can achieve that goal.

Choosing your niche

If you want to be successful at blogging, you have to ensure that you have a business-viable niche.

The key is to focus on one specific niche, consistently write and update your posts, have a monetization plan, and finally, promote your blog aggressively and constantly.

Best niches to make money blogging are -

  • Finance
  • Crypto
  • Real Estate
  • Fitness

Choosing the right niche is important, but you are not going to start making money magically simply by starting writing about a hot-demand subject such as recommending products for babies or personal finances.

Leveraging your Skills

If you are starting a blog for business, chances are that you have already got some serious skills and knowledge that are valuable for others.

How to start your blog

Starting a blog today is, without a doubt, one of the easiest ways to earn money online, and build that kind of freedom not many jobs will allow you.

If you followed the plan laid out in this, only focusing on things that will advance the ball (creating purposeful content and driving traffic), you can likely start making some money in 4-6 months.

Getting Traffic

As a beginner, it may be hard to start making a big buck right away, since many revenue streams require that you get a decent amount of traffic coming into your website every month.

That said, it is possible to earn good money without having to do a whole lot of things (other than the typical blogging stuff) in order to be paid every month.

I took the leap of faith and started our blog without knowing a damn thing about writing content, WordPress, or even how to drive traffic.

There are always exceptions to the rule, but if you are completely new to blogging and do not have any digital marketing or experience with an online business, you can probably expect to start making a decent amount of money in the sixth month, as long as you put in the work.

On the other hand, if you only have a few hours per week to spare, but use that time as efficiently as you can, you can still make some good money from blogging.

It is just a matter of common sense that someone with 50 hours per week to devote to their blog would be able to make more than someone who only has 5 hours per week to devote to the task of working on the blog.

One of the clear themes that emerges from the statistics is that blogging is not a get-rich-quick scheme, but that you can make a nice, consistent income blogging, as long as you work hard, do the right things, and persist.

Well, the short of it all is, you can make almost any amount of money that you would like from blogging. Sure, there are bloggers and influencers who are making tons of money writing about themselves.

Still it is going to take a lot of time and commitment to reach this level, but it is something to think about if you are looking to earn a little side income to help cover some of the costs of running your blog.

If you have the right content, maybe you just need 100 people to come to your blog post, and if a single person clicks through and buys one of the products that you recommend, you are going to make a little bit of money.

Earning from Google Adsense

If you are able to rank this specific page highly on Google, then you could actually earn quite a bit with one page on your blog.

Every time one of your ads is clicked on your blog, the site makes a small amount of money, so they call this Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising.

Having lots of visitors on your blog means advertisers will pay money for their ads to be shown to your readers.

Email Marketing

Every time you email someone, you may be offering them products/services, or simply getting them back to your blog, where you may be earning from ads (discussed later).

One of the best investments you can make for your blog is investing in a good email marketing service for keeping the emails, and sending emails out to your subscribers.

Affiliate Programs

For those of you that are unaware, if you discover a product or service you like, you can link it in your blog, and when people click on your link and purchase something, you get a small commission from it because of the referral.

Pay-Per-Click Campaign (PPC)

You drive more sales you can invest in PPC. It can make quite a bit of money with PPC display ads, provided that you have a popular site, and your blogs viewers are engaged with the content and actually click the ads that you show.

There are many options when it comes to making money blogging: Affiliate marketing, advertising, online courses, 1-on-1 coaching, consulting, sponsored posts, selling physical products, etc.

In addition to blogging things, you will learn to monetize your blog with affiliate marketing, sales, and an email funnel, how to convert readers to buyers, using social media to drive traffic to your posts, and more.

It is critical to realize that the way you use the time that you have will impact the income from your blog as much, if not more, than the amount of time that you devote to blogging.

How To Choose Your Blog’s Niche

This is the most essential thing, you should always pick your blog's niche based On Market Factors, Not Your Passions.

When choosing your blogging niche, you want to pick one that is subject matter that you will write about on a weekly, if not daily basis, for years.

These are some questions that you can ask yourself that will help in coming up with your own list of blog niche topics that are all about your passion.

In this guide, I cover the following topics that will help you assess your skills and passions, and will guide you to determine your blog niche.

Blog Niche Ideas

We'll share 100+ Lucrative Blog Niche Ideas, so that you can pick your blogging niche and launch your first blog easily.

Not only this, you also learn about 100+ profitable niche ideas so you can decide more easily what niche you should start blogging in.

Once you choose your niche, make sure you take a look at our How To Start A Blog Business Guide for tips on starting a blog and working from home.

Once you find a good niche for your blog, begin creating compelling content that helps you stand out from the crowd.

Once you confirm the niche that you chose, you need to begin developing your blog, starting writing about what you are passionate about, and starting generating traffic and a following.

Now, I am sure things related to choosing a niche are getting more clarity, and you may be able to think of some good niche ideas for your blog, depending on your passions and knowledge. Now, you should have a few ideas about

1) Your passion

2) Your skills

3) The problems your audience faces

4) If a niche is profitable

All of the above points will help you in determining what exactly will be the niche for your blog.

To really make a living from a blog, you will have to define your niche according to passion, as well as the amount of traffic and revenue it will be able to bring in the future.

our passion level may dictate the potential lucrative blogging niche, even if you are lacking the skills to get there right now.

Ultimately, you are not blogging for a profit, so you should not have to think about how important it is to be the expert of a niche within your industry/topic.

It is better to start out in the wrong niche, master your blogging skills, then move on to a different one, rather than tormenting yourself for years.

Picking something that lots of other people enjoy, but that you are not interested in, will make it harder for you to continue writing blog posts going forward.

You may have all the interests in the world surrounding the subject, but if no one else shares your interests, you are going to fight an uphill battle in building a blog that gets much traffic.

In a perfect world, I would tell you to blog about the subject that you are extremely passionate about.

For this first step, I want you to make a list of everything that interests you, so that we can begin to narrow down your potential blogging niche.

If you are still struggling how to come up with a blog niche to begin with, I am also going to share a few tips to get started at zero, along with 100+ awesome blog ideas to get your creative juices flowing.

No matter what your obstacle is, I am here to help you nail down the perfect niche for your new blog.

You will learn the three questions that you must answer in order to find the niche of a blog you can grow, maintain growth, and possibly even monetize down the road.

A blog niche is the specific subject that you are going to be writing about on your blog, the one you want yourself to know and to be known by, in order to earn an income on the internet.

A niche is a narrow subject, and a niche blog is a blog that has content focused on one particular subject.

If I decided to start a blog about something that interests me, the niche could be Music, or Rock Music in particular (which could be a sub-niche for the Music theme).

Ideally, you would like to choose a niche theme for your blog that you really do not have to link to other blogs while writing -- the information comes from you. Identifying your niche is hugely important as you focus your topics and pick what you are going to write about.

The best way to pick a niche for a long-term blogging venture is by analyzing your personality, interests, and expertise and skills.

The niche of the blog that you choose is one of the factors which will determine the success of your blog, as well as the amount of money that you will be able to earn potentially through the blog.

Creating Quality Content

As long as you pick a blog niche you understand, learn to write valuable content, and stay consistent in your processes, you will definitely grow your audience online over time.

With a lot of hard work and practice, you may even find you emerge over the years as the authoritative voice of your blogs niche, making a difference for readers who share the same passions with you.

A serious mindset about blogging will lead to more enthusiasm to identify a viable, high-return blogging niche, which matches with the other conditions on other steps.

If you came up with a blogging niche that is a combination of your passions and skills, but you really do not think anybody is searching for that information, or do not think it is solving any specific problems, you could still be working in that niche -- you just have to dig a little deeper to see what might make this subject more useful for readers.

If you love a topic and are willing to do some work for free because you believe that information just needs to exist in the world, it might be a good niche.

Instead of business being the larger subject, you can target your blogs niche specifically to starting a side business or how to make money on the internet, where your content could have clearer defined fenceposts keeping you on-message with what your audience would come to expect.

In that respect, think about the broader areas like your scholarly education niche, the past few jobs that you may have held, health areas where you may have gained expertise through any medical issues in family members or yourself, and so on.

That is a nice path towards choosing a compelling niche to produce better content on a prospective blog.

While it is not ideal to choose your blog niche just because of the demand of the market, you may find that something in that list pops out to you as a subject for exploring blogging and ultimately making a move towards a more cohesive niche as you get familiar with the nuances of that space as you get familiar with that niche.

How To Choose Your Niche In Blogging

Before I get into the nuts and bolts of choosing the right niche for your blog, let us back up just a bit to see exactly what is the definition of niche.

Before choosing a niche, it is really important that you get to know people and blogs that are already into the niche that you are going to pick.

Once you have got your shortlist of potential niches to select your blog or business, it is time to do a little market research.

Once you have looked over your list, you are likely to discover that some of your ideas will make better niche topics for blogs than others.

When choosing your blog niche, you want to pick one subject that you could write about on a weekly, if not daily basis, for years.

Deciding the best way to pick a blog niche that you think will cater to your interests and potentially earn you money is something that we often get asked.

Before getting into the details about identifying your niche and researching competitive topics to blog about, let us first discuss why you need one. If you are having trouble finding a niche, ask yourself some questions and note all your answers to create a list.

Next, in the "Related topics" section on the right-hand sidebar, you will find an exhaustive list of tight niches that you can start a blog with.

If you are interested in starting a blog on any of the following, you need to delve deeper into each and come up with a niche that is not competitive and is also profitable.

Whether you are looking to start a blog with the hopes of making a little bit of money, meeting people who share the same interests, or earning a little bit of fame with your expertise, it is important that you ensure the niche topics you pick are viable.

If you are uninterested in the subject matter of your blogs niche, it is unlikely you will take the time to study it sufficiently enough to regularly publish new posts. Anything that has just burst onto the scene within the past year or so is best avoided as a whole blogs niche topic.

Creating a Niche Blog

The reason why niche blogs work so well is because, these days, people look up a specific subject that they want to read about via a search engine. A niche blog serves the needs of particular consumers looking for specific topics, and therefore, it will rank better on searches related to those topics.

In addition to providing authority, a target niche blog helps you to sell more because the main content strategy would be laser-focused on the particular audience.

Instead of having business as your wide-ranging subject, you might choose to specifically target a niche of your blog around starting a side hustle or how to make money on the internet, where your content could have clearer defined checkpoints keeping you on message to what your audience would come to expect.

This tutorial will cover why you need a niche, choosing one, how to determine the competitive areas you should be writing about, creating your blog subject ideas, and the benefits of working within one. I have learned what is required to come up with a profitable blog niche idea, then pick one that checks all of the boxes.

How To Start A Blog In 2022

While the methods that I recommend are not 100% free, you can get started on a blog for about $80 the whole first year, which comes to less than $7 per month.

If you are on the fence about blogging, or you do not want to commit money upfront, and you choose to go with a monthly option, you still get a great deal.

You will pay more up front for a longer-term hosting plan, but will save 60% on your overall 3 years of blog costs. If you are on a budget, and you can only spend money on one thing, the blogging hosting plan is the #1 most important investment you can make.

Free might sound like the way to go when you are just starting, but if making money is your goal, then you are going to want to go with (paid) with paid hosting (which can get you by for a couple bucks per month).

Each web hosting account plan I recommended has everything you need to start a blog, including a free custom domain, an easy to install WordPress, web hosting, and a custom email address (i.e. They offer free, automated WordPress blogging software installation (which I showed how to use in this tutorial).

The web hosts that I recommended offer trusted web hosts, recommended by WordPress since 2005, who now have more than 2 million blogs and websites hosted.

If you are still a bit fuzzy on what is a self-hosted blog, let me explain, and how you can set one up for yourself. If you think that you are going to be in this blogging thing for a long time, or that you are going to want to monetize your site at some point, we suggest starting out with a self-hosted blog right off the bat.

To start off with the right footing, I highly suggest setting up a self-hosted blog and installing self-hosted WordPress blog software in any web hosting account.

You really will not know whether or not you enjoy blogging about a specific subject (or even blogging in general) until you try it out. Also, you do not have to be an expert on any topic that you are writing about in order to run a successful blog.

Or, if you are not looking for extra income, and you simply want to start blogging for the creative aspects, this series teaches how to start a blog that does this, too.

Using Wordpress

While WordPress is free to use, you will need a trustworthy location to host your WordPress blog (your blog needs to live on a server somewhere in the Internet).

If you are looking to make money with your blog, then you need your site self-hosted on a web server which allows you to set up the site.

If you are hosted, you severely limit your opportunities for making money with your blog, do not technically own it, and can get shut down at any point.

You have 100% control over every aspect of it, your ability to make money with your blog is unlimited, and it is not going to get closed down randomly.

Upside of Blogging

Blogging gives you the freedom of being financially independent. You do not have to own a physical store, or need to work a 9-5 job, you can earn money from your bedroom/basement using a blog.

Starting a blog is one of the easiest ways to earn online today by far, and build that kind of freedom not a lot of jobs give you.

The difference between starting a blog as a hobby and starting a blog for the sake of making money is that you cannot simply write about anything that you want to, or that you think, or that you feel.

Buying a Domain

Once you decide you want to start a blog that highlights your experiences, or shares your knowledge and expertise, you might be willing to go further.

Once you nail down your niche and your audience, you can begin planning out your first blog post.

Your first steps to starting a blog are choosing a niche (if you do not already have one), a blog name, and a hosting provider.

Do not worry if you cannot come up with a good name immediately, you can skip this step and choose the domain name after starting the blog.

When you are deciding on a name for your blog, you want to make sure that it is easy to spell, communicates what you are trying to convey, and is relatively short and snappy.

You will want to make sure your blog name makes sense given your niche or brand, is memorable/catchy, and is simple and fast to type.

A good blog title should be descriptive, so potential visitors can immediately understand what your blog is about simply by looking at the title.

If you are struggling to come up with a perfect title, jot down lots of words that describe what you want people to think of your blog, or what you want your blog to say about you.

Finding a domain name

You will have to think of a domain name you like, as well as pick a hosting company to host your blog.

While brainstorming blog names, it helps to check with social media platforms (if you do not already have any) to see if your domain name is available.

A longer domain name may be hard to integrate on social media platforms (more on this in a second), so opt for the shortest URL that works best for your blog, as succinctly as possible.

Ways To Monetize Your Blog And Make Money Online

In this article, we are going to show you how to monetize your blog and earn money on the internet, no matter whether you are getting thousands of page views per month or just starting. Yes, you can earn with ads on WordPress, but there are also other ways to monetize the content of your blog.

Making Money From Sponsored Posts

Making money from sponsored posts and reviews is one of the less common ways of monetizing your blog, likely because you would have to have lots of traffic and authority to pull this off.

If selling ads or sponsoring posts is not something that interests you, there are many other ways that you can earn money from your blog on the internet.

Selling Digital Products

Last, but certainly not least, another way you can earn money on your blog is to sell other peoples products (digital or physical) for a commission.

If you are looking for a less-maintenance way to make money blogging online using WordPress, selling your own digital products might be a good option. If you are able to create a WordPress blog and begin getting traffic to it, you will then be able to sell it and earn some money from your efforts.

Do not second-guess yourself, because you will be surprised how much money you can make selling digital products on your blog.

You can use your website as your portfolio. The best thing about freelancing is you do not need much traffic to your blog to start making money, and all businesses are actually interested in seeing if you can write good content.

You can earn a lot of money by running ads on your blog, however, you have to be aware that you are going to need a ton of traffic in order for Google Adsense to actually pay out.

I know that many people are curious how you can make money with your blog without ads, especially since, aside from Google Adsense, most advertising networks require some traffic before you can submit an application to become a publisher with them.

One of the most dependable ways to make money from your blog is by having ads all over your site, and collecting income easily with every click.

While running some smaller, smaller banner ads across your blog is not going to make you hundreds of thousands of dollars, it can be a good way to monetize your blog with a minimum amount of maintenance and work required.

Having a high volume of visitors on your blog means advertisers will pay money for your readers to see their ads. Advertising sales can potentially bring in continually increasing amounts of income depending on how well you can attract more traffic to your blog.

You can sell advertising space on your blog through a variety of methods, but the two easiest are Direct Listings and CPC Ads. In Direct Advertising, you give out a spot on your blog to an outside company for advertising, either for monthly, quarterly, or annual fees.

Many bloggers earn high revenues from publishing product reviews on a variety of products and services. Heres an example of a blog that makes almost $35,000 per month in display ads using a network called AdThrive, a premium advertising network that requires 100k page views per month in Google Analytics.

Affiliate Marketing

Blogging is another way to earn through affiliate marketing, or selling your products and cashing in on your success.

Affiliate marketing is a good way to monetize your blog, since you can start immediately, and do not need to worry about dealing with customer service, as you would when selling courses or digital products.

One thing to remember about monetizing your blog through affiliate marketing is you need to focus on providing value for your readers, rather than simply pitching products so that you can get a sale.

For example, if you run a fitness blog, then it is easy to sell affiliate products about health, weight loss, or bodybuilding.

Another example, if you are running a photography blog, affiliate marketing, advertising, and paid subscriptions could work very well for your blog.

Monetization Strategy

Depending on the stage of your blog, you can build and implement a monetization strategy that works for you. You do not need to be in monetization mode the minute your blog launches, but your monetization strategy for an online business needs to be set up on day one.

So, let us dig deeper on how to monetize your blog, from writing sponsored and affiliated content, to selling merchandising and digital goods. By choosing the right high-level blogging monetization strategy on Day 1, you will be able to earn a life-changing amount of money as a blogger in 90 days, instead of five years.

To make life-changing money with your blog as quickly as possible, you must begin thinking like a CEO and developing systems for scaling your blog as a startup, rather than as a hobby.

Blogging is not a get-rich-quick scheme, and it may take you a long time and hard work before you are making significant money off of your blog. If you are looking for a fast way to earn from your blogging skills, freelancing is your best bet. For people working a full-time job, earning from your blog is an amazing way to generate a side income.

Leveraging your blogs

By using your own content to establish your authority and expertise, you may get hired to write for other blogs, and may even be able to make it your full-time job.

Even if your own blog is not drawing a lot of traffic yet, your posts act as a valuable portfolio of your writing, which you can leverage to be a freelance writer for other blogs.

Or you can start a blog on the blogging niche itself and promote your SEO courses and digital marketing services.

Content Writing Tips

Sharing a few tips with you which you can use to make write SEO content that ranks.

Best Keyword Research Tools In 2022

The first step in any sound search marketing strategy is finding the right keywords for ranking, and the best keyword search tools make this simple.

In addition to that, the best keyword search tools will also give suggestions for related keywords to search, since these can offer better match between your intended audience and your product or service.

Overall, keyword search tools are an excellent way of analyzing your content and traffic, searching for keywords or topics in order to get a better breakdown of which keywords your site needs to focus on in order to reach its sales goals.

  • Ahrefs - Ahrefs keyword generator can help you to come up with long-tail keywords, target less competitive terms, and narrow your search down to regions or search engines. Keyword Tool is search engine optimization software that helps you discover long-tail keywords by creating suggestions based on Google Autofill.
  • The catch is, because this is not an all-in-one SEO service, you have to perform a little competition research in a different tool first in order to come up with a suitable keyword for your entry.
  • Ahrefs is mostly known for being a backlink analysis and monitoring tool, but based on its experience, it also has incredibly accurate data on keywords.
  • Ahrefs is a highly complex keyword search platform, equipped with extensive features to find, track, and analyze keywords; it also measures click-through rates, bounce rates, and other valuable metrics.

  • Keyword Surfer is a handy tool for creating articles and content ideas, particularly because it is compatible with other tools such as Ahrefs and SEMRush.
  • Its data is not super precise, so would not recommend it if you are looking for in-depth research, but it is still a handy tool to have around because it works passively whenever you are looking at your search results.
  • Keyword Surfer is an entirely free tool to download and use, so if you are using Chrome and looking to rank in Google, there is no harm in getting Keyword Surfer as an extra keyword search tool.

  • Keywords Everywhere is super simple and to the point, and it can help you to determine the low-competition, effective keywords that you can rank for fast. This popular tool is free to use, however, you will have to upgrade to a paid version in order to benefit from some features.
  • For instance, if your blog is about dating advice and relationships, Keywords Everywhere will give you a list of competitors and what types of keywords they are ranking for.
  • Similar to Semrush, you will be able to find keywords that are missing for your competitors that you are missing out on targeting. What is great about this feature is you can discover keywords your target customers are searching when they are not searching for the things you are selling.

  • Moz Keyword Explorer - It is not a stand-alone search tool, to gain full access to this handy little resource, you will have to pay for the full SEO suite. One of the most popular and efficient SEO tools in the market, Moz Keyword Explorer is a keyword search platform that allows you to discover keywords that help boost your rankings with SEO.
  • You will need to conduct your competitors research elsewhere to find out what keywords your competitors are ranking for, but Keyword Tool is still a neat tool that can be used alongside other SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush.

  • Semrush - It is the priciest tool on our list, but if you are looking for something a little more advanced, Semrush shares tons of keywords data and makes it easy to dive deeper, such as SERP features (feature snippets, reviews, website links, image packs, and more) and detailed analytics of your current results.
  • SEMrush is an excellent all-around SEO tool, supporting both traditional keyword search methods as well as competitors-based search methods (as well as a lot of other features).
  • Semrush also offers a wide variety of tools for keyword research, ranging from the standard traffic & search volume data, to content-based keyword research, to competitor keyword gap analysis.
  • Since SEMrush is mostly a competition-based search tool, we cannot go through the process of entering in our herbalism keywords for the test. Instead, we need to reverse things, and run a search on our competitors to find out which keywords they are ranking for.

  • One special feature about Semrush is that, rather than creating one keyword list, SEMrush suggests several keywords your competitors are targeting.
  • Instead of giving a big list of keywords, SEMrush shows you 5-10 specific keywords your competitors are using to rank. You can begin your search either directly with the keyword, or you can allow the Google Keyword Planner to show you the ones that competitors are already ranking for.
  • The Keyword Magic Tool from Semrush can work in a lot of different forms if you are looking to discover unique keywords that you might never have considered.
  • When you are on top-10 of the search results for the keywords that you are targeting, you will get a better chance to attract proper traffic for your website.

  • Google Ads Keyword Planner - Like many SEO and web tools offered by Google, Google Ads Keyword Planner is free when you sign up to your Google advertising account, and is immensely helpful if you are looking to discover new keywords, or to obtain search volume predictions and data on certain words.

In that respect, SEOtesting uses data from your Google Search Console account to create reports, which allows you to take a closer look at the keywords you are using, how they are performing, as well as providing some really helpful suggestions.

The result is an ability to monitor not only keywords, but the variations of keywords used by competitors, both organic and paid search, which allows a powerful keyword analytics and search engine optimization platform.

One of the features includes the ability to conduct competitive research using URL analytics, in order to determine keywords that may be missing from your campaigns.

You can use query queries in order to search for particular keyword niches to determine additional keywords and additional ideas for driving targeted traffic to your site.

Ubersuggest allows searching for the keywords that you prefer, providing you with full results like search volume, SEO difficulty level, Cost Per Click, etc.

This tool provides complete SEO insights on specific keywords, including search volume, competition, CPC, and the pages that are ranking well. Autocomplete helps analyze keywords data by entering these keywords in search bar, which will give hundreds of keywords suggestions from Google.

To make the most out of Ubersuggest without spending any money, it is recommended that you look up three keywords or URLs beforehand, instead of typing in a random one in a search engine.

Many users are unaware of this rule and end up searching random keywords in order to test out the tool, ultimately running out of search credits.

LSI Graph

LSI graph is used to find keywords similar to primary keyword. It allows SEO experts to target same keyword with different approaches, meanwhile targeting the keyword.

Best Web Hosting Providers Of 2022

After hours of thorough reviews, testing, and comparing a broad array of hosting companies, we found the best web hosting providers.

While it can be tempting to just grab the cheapest web hosting service you can find and go from there, there are certain providers that offer features that many would like to pay a premium for -- like having a Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosted, better security, or around-the-clock customer service should your site ever crash.

Website managers with advanced technical knowledge may be able to choose unmanaged hosting and handle the day-to-day maintenance on their own, whereas beginner users will likely want to stick to managed hosts for content management systems such as WordPress.

  • Dreamhost - It topped our list as a highly-rated, highly-rated Web Hosting Service Provider, offering the most affordable monthly hosting plans for small businesses, WordPress users, and individuals looking to host a website quickly and easily. It is a great hosting service for mostly small and medium size businesses.

  • Bluehost - It is the most popular, budget-friendly, best-choice web hosting service for beginners looking to get a quick hosting and online experience at a price that is good for the size of the site.
  • Bluehost offers great scaleability and a lot of added features no matter what plan you pick, but with Bluehosts managed WordPress hosting, the automated setup and constant support is completely worth the cost.

  • HostGator is most known for is providing an easy hosting experience, with the customer service team available to help 24/7, as well as HostGator's flawless 99.9% uptime guarantee.
  • It's competitive advantage is their Linux-friendly expertise on every kind of web hosting, as the company offers excellent plans to buyers in cloud, shared, reseller, and dedicated hosting.

Essential SEO Tips For Beginners To Boost Traffic

SEO is an umbrella term that refers to a process that webmasters employ in order to increase their sites chances of being well-ranked on search engines like Bing and Google.

SEO is basically the practice of using specific principles in quality content and technological improvements to increase your traffic and rankings in SERPs.

SEO optimization relies heavily on keywords that are relevant to your site, popular among users, yet low in competition to other brands. If you are looking for ways to improve the position of your website on the search results, then we will cover a few SEO tips.

  • Creating Quality Content

If your website offers specialized, high-quality content, which leads to links from The New York Times, search engines consider your website newsworthy and increase your rankings.

Over time, Google and other search engines will recognize your website or blog as the go-to place for a given topic, which will, in turn, increase the ranking of your content in the search engines, helping your ideal customers to find you.

  • Covering Long Tail Keywords

If you are starting SEO on a website, you will want to focus your keyword research on long-tail keywords. For a new website, and to get some initial traction as a first-time SEO expert, long-tail keywords should be the target.

Fortunately, you do not need to be an SEO guru to understand what keywords to use. Keyword research is important for understanding the SEO of your website, as well as that of competitors.

  • Identifying Search Intent

Use SEO tools such as Google Ads, Ahrefs, or even a simple search bar on the website to determine the broader search intent and keywords that are the seeds for your own.

Google Search Console is an excellent keyword search tool to see trends in keywords, clicks, and impressions identified by Google for your content over time.

Using analytics tools, including Google Search Console, early on gives you a unique understanding of your current users, as well as helping you determine successes for the following campaigns.

If you perform Google searches on your potential keywords (before writing content and optimizing pages), you can identify the intent of your searches by your results.

  • Competition Analysis

You will want to choose one number-one keyword to match the webpage. If you click on any one page, you will be able to see all of the keywords the page is already ranking for.

Hit the show keywords button, and you can see keywords that one or more of the pages at the top of the rankings are ranking for, and that you are not. You will see search volume and ranking difficulties for your main keywords in your region, as well as relevant terms that might interest you.

Next, do a search on this keyword yourself to find out what content is currently being featured. Make sure to use the keywords you chose on the above aspects of the pages that are most highly-ranked, in order to indicate to the search engines that your content is relevant for those keyword searches.

  • Identifying Content Gap

Also strive to produce content that is substantially better than what is currently ranking for your target keywords. Plug in the URLs of two to three pages ranked higher for your main target keywords into Ahrefs Content Gap Tool.

  • Outreach for Back links

Use SEO tools to look up sites linking to the content of your competitors, and request that the most authoritative sources replace the links from competitors with links from yours.

Enter your competitors URL in SEMrushs search bar, and you are given a list of keywords that they are ranking for, as well as an estimate of how much traffic these keywords are driving to your website.

  • Optimizing URL

The URLs of all pages in your site should be short and descriptive to help SEO. For anyone who is new to SEO, improving SEO rankings is easily done with URL structure.

When you are trying to decide on the types of content you should be writing, use tools such as BuzzSumo to reverse-engineer the best-performing content from your competitors.

By analyzing competitors websites, you may discover new insights into effective media or sources of traffic, or may get new ideas to create content.
