How to make oat milk

• Leave the oat flakes in a bowl of water for at least 30 minutes.

• Strain the oats and wash it with water.

• Throw it in a blender or food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and 1 liter of clean water . Beat for about 2 minutes . Let it stand for 1 hour (you can take it immediately, but it is better if you let it rest).

• Strain the oat milk through gauze, cloth or through a very fine sieve to separate the liquid from the remains of oat flakes . Strain 2 or 3 more times to remove debris completely. It is not necessary to strain the milk more than once, but it is better that way.

Oat milk can be heated?

Of course! Oat milk can be enjoyed both hot and cold, you choose!

What can I drink with oat milk?

Oat milk sticks with everything. You can drink it alone, sweetened, with cocoa or even in your coffee or tea and enjoy a delicious hot drink on cold winter days. It is the perfect substitute for cow's milk.

It is ideal for my vegan friends to replace animal milk with a plant origin.
