How to make plum jam and weck
My mother made plum jam. I myself am not such a kitchen princess. My mom doesn't really, either, but yeah, if you pick plums and get the whole bucket home, you have to!

Years ago, I made applesauce once. I used ordinary jam jars to store them for a long time. Of course I had washed the jars in hot soda water first. After that, rinse well, and also do not forget about the lids. Tip: use wooden spoon to fished the jars out of the hot water. The applesauce had succeeded very well, it was delicious and in the preserving jars the applesauce remained tasty for a long time.
