How to make scrub yourself
What do you need?
sugar or salt
a spoon
a jar with lid
olive oil
possibly some honey
Preparation:
Take two tablespoons of sugar or salt and put it in your bowl pair. Mix 2 or more spoons of oil (depending on how granular you like your scrub). You can now add a tablespoon of honey — this gives an extra soothing effect — or a scented essential oil.
Mix the whole equally well and exfoliate but! Your homemade scrub will remain useful for about two weeks. Don't touch it too much with your hands, because then the goods will spoil faster.
How to make a scrub with sugar
If you have sensitive or dry skin, make a scrub with sugar. The grain is much softer and dissolves in water. Your legs or other parts of the body will be cleaned of all unevenness and dead skin cells, but you will have to suffer less. You can use the sugar scrub 2 times a week.
How to make a scrub with salt
Are your legs really in need of a firm polishing (or a little pain does not scare you?) then you can use salt. One tip: do not do this right after you dehair your legs, because then the pain really can not harden. The wounds of the wax or razor blade are going to sting terribly. So save you so much suffering and go for the salt scrub before you dehair your legs. By the way, never use the salt scrub for your cleavage.
