BAKED SPAGHATTI SQUASH!!!

Ahh, welcome to my blog !!!! Interestingly today, we will acknowledge How To Cook Spaghetti Squash. Why? Cause I heard you are hungry. Don't worry; spaghetti squash is a magical dish: at the beginning, it is a regular spaghetti and you roast it, the flesh breaks into long threads looking just like the pasta you wished for in your mind & stomach. Jokes apart !!!!

Spaghetti Squash Tastes exactly like a sweet summer squash with a hint of a winter squash flavor from a pumpkin. The long treads of the spaghetti squash tend to pop when you bite them. These treads tend to maintain the al dente quality if roasted perfectly. Spaghetti squash can go quickly with all the sauces, seasonings & dressings. You can serve the spaghetti-like spaghetti squash pasta with marinara or pesto. But expert chefs recommend it be served baked into breakfast casseroles & pasta salad with olives.

There are many ways to prepare spaghetti squash, but the reality is that roasting is the best way. Roasting brings the flavors out perfectly. The edges of the squash tend to add depth to the flavor during roasting. Roasting the squash also helps it dry up, allowing it to quickly pull away from the skin, which is beneficial because spaghetti squash stores a lot of water. It helps in releasing antioxidants from the body.

Another crucial step? Before roasting spaghetti squash, season it with salt. It also helps remove moisture from the squash, preventing it from becoming overly watery later on. Of course, each squash is unique in its way. Due to changing growth conditions, the water content of a vegetable fluctuates from season to season. If your squash is still too watery after salting and roasting, drain excess after it's cooked. Precisely similar to how you'd drain spaghetti strands in a colander. You may squeeze it if you like, but this will tend to crush the treads and take away the pleasant feel.
