Step 3: Calculate your cup size

Add your bra size (Step 1) to your bust measurement (Step 2), and you can refer to this bra cup size chart. Your bra size is the size of your band and your cup. Example: 37" (bust) x 34" (band) = 3". This is 34C.
Know-How to Size Up or Down Correctly
You can reduce the size of your cup by going up one size. If a 34C is too large for your cups, you can move to a 35B. To ensure you're correctly changing your bra size, refer to a bra size chart. Keep in mind that bra sizes can vary depending on brand and type. You may need to experiment with different sizes before you find the right fit.
