How to outline your eyebrows

The key to beautiful, full and colored eyebrows is to apply the color at strategic points and to seal the color with a gel.

Eyebrows can be made up in different ways, and the thickness will depend a lot on the shape of your face.

Although if we agree on something, it is that the eyebrows look much better with a natural finish, without being overly crowded or thin.

First step, the first thing is to comb your eyebrows, use a special eyebrow brush and comb all the hairs in the same direction. If you have any hair longer than the other, you can trim it with the help of a scissor.

Also take advantage of this moment to remove those small hairs that stick out before starting to make up the eyebrows.

Second step, outline your eyebrows at the bottom of your eyebrow, respecting the proportion and lengthening according to the width of your face.

Third step, it's time to make up your eyebrows. You can do it with an eyebrow pencil or, if you prefer, with a special makeup kit for them.

It's not about “painting” the eyebrows, but about outlining them and filling in small gaps.

If using eyebrow pencil, draw a line around the eyebrow to define the shape of the eyebrow and then blend with the brush.

Then, fill in those hairless spaces by making small lines simulating the hairs of the eyebrow.

Fourth step, to fix makeup use wax or eyebrow fixing gel. This step is very important, since it depends on it how long your perfectly made up eyebrows last.

To seal the makeup of your eyebrows, you just have to apply the fixing gel always in the proper direction of eyebrow growth.

Fifth and last step, to achieve an even more professional result, use a nude shadow under the eyebrow to highlight the look. Remember that, to achieve a natural result, you should apply little product and a color similar to that of your natural hair.

When applying makeup, always follow the proper direction of hair growth.
