Hug Day... January 21...
Today is Cuddle Day again, a day to take a moment to take a moment to cuddle. Although Pastor Kevin Zaborney assumed in 1986, when he created Hug Day on January 21, that his appeal would not have much effect, it is now celebrated internationally. He chose January 21 because it's somewhere in the middle of the holidays and Valentine's Day, and he noticed that during that period there are many people who are going through an (emotionally) more difficult period. Giving a small expression of sympathy or appreciation is a great support at such times, which is why he created Hug Day, and that's why Hug Day is now internationally on the calendar.
