“I'd like a baby” picture book inspiration
It's a wonderful book about a crocodile who actually always eats bananas. But then suddenly he would like a baby. It sounds a bit scary, but this book is not at all. Children love to hear this story and they can quickly follow along with what will happen in the story. In addition to reading the book aloud, it is fun to do additional activities. Think of crafts, a banana bread recipe, etc. Below you can read more about the book and then about the childminder experience Ineke van der Linde .
Next, another childminder (Agnes Berendsen) will be discussed. She did a craft with the story that is just a bit different. So this way you get a nice variation to apply to this book!
At the bottom of the blog a number of blog suggestions that can be in line with this booklet. Have fun crafting !
