It's been a long time since I've written something here. I've been quite busy with the remake of a booklet that I had already illustrated for a publisher 10 years ago. The publisher thought it was time to rebrand this. The original series of picture books consists of 4 parts and because the first remake liked so well, I was allowed to go straight ahead for a 2nd particle. Since that part is about the holiday, it must be in the store before the summer vacation.

Normally I would be well in time now, but due to circumstances, my trip to Scotland has been brought forward and I will leave next week together with Ronald Kroon. We're going to do research there for our next fantasy novel, the Dragon Lady.

Because I was still getting responses from yoorsies in my mailbox and still being honored, I got a bit of a guilt feeling that I hadn't been here for so long. But hopefully you will be a little reassured again, I am and will not leave;)

Below I wanted to upload another small video to show what I was doing, a small impression of my first remake, Longhat at School, but unfortunately in the extended editor on the PC I can't figure out how to do that.

Gnome Longhat is aimed at children from 3 years old and is about a gnome that is highly sensitive. Because nothing had been written for children on that subject yet, the Scrivo Media publishing house has jumped into that. Successful because the books have been rereleased several times.
