Hi everyone, It's been a while since I posted on Yoors. There have been many changes to the site and I hope my post will look alright when I publish it!

People who know me, know that I love to challenge myself. Last year, I tried a banana challenge where I'd eat only bananas for a full month. I lasted a week... Yeah well, I tried! And I still love bananas, for those who are wondering! This time, I found out about a challenge called 75HARD. It really intrigued me and it's more of a mental challenge rather than a fitness challenge, although fitness plays a big role in it.

The rules are the following:

- Make a daily progress selfie
- Drink a gallon of water (about 4 liter)
- 2 workouts of 45 minutes each and one workout has to be outside
- Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book
- Eat a diet of your choice
- No cheat meals and no alcohol

You need to complete all of these tasks every day before you go to bed, 75 days in a row. Fail one of these, and it's back to day one. The challenge was made by Andy Frisella, he also has a podcast where he explains all of the rules in more detail.

Not for me this challenge :-) Good luck, 2 workouts of 45 minutes a day?
@Millieballon Yes, I usually do more minutes. I love running! :)
I had to find out what that diet means, I had never heard of it before. Diverse to lowcarb, if I'm right ?
Good luck, to much for mee! I love cheat-food!
Hi! Great to see you back here! ❤️ Good luck with the challenge!
