Almost hypnotic I see ten dancing fingers at an unintelligible pace over the keyboards of an already ancient instrument.
I see the beauty of a beautiful lady, Jeannet Stoutjesdijk, I don't know if you know her.

She was' only 'five years old when she managed to create her first sounds from her mother's old accordion.
She went to class with Han Jansen from Scherpenisse and you know what's so beautiful:
She is now 50 years later, but still plays special songs to honor her now deceased parents.

Yes, it's not nice, but I have to mention this, because her father died at the age of 39.
Jeannet was just a child and overwhelmed by grief stopped her euphoria before playing, well... that's not weird at all.

Her house filled with tears managed to suppress the happy songs, yes... this great loss broke some kind of a lifeblood.
After a year, she picked it up again by the supportive words of her mother: “If you play, play for your father.”

Well, she did, you know... she passed a lot of music competitions and her mother always went with her.
She got beautiful points everywhere, from the 4th to banner, everything with praise and everyone was then, just like now THICK TEVREE.

At 16, she started teaching, great. She passed on a nice piece of her mother's inheritance.
She performed together with her students in homes for the elderly and the musical arts were of course very satisfied.

She never gave up playing, and on her 18th birthday her mother fulfilled a great desire.
She received a beautiful, but above all her own accordiola.

Thanks to her husband, this wonderful instrument even goes on winter sports.
She plays the stars of the sky with the Apres Ski: “OLÉ”

Yes, dear people, I can still write a lot about her, but the most important thing is her heart, because that is where the warmest and purest sounds sound.
And therefore dear Jeannet, yes, that's why we want to thank you with this poem.

C'est le ton qui fait la musique
It's the tone that makes the music...
This sentence proversely indicates that the way of bringing can have a great influence on what is being brought.
It is not just about bringing what is expected.

No, the most important thing is that a message can come to life... only then is a mission successful.
Thank you dear Jeannet for carrying this message with pride and conviction.

Your mom and dad can be proud of you!
