Swedish balls in cream sauce
(For 4 people)

Ingredients list of balls

500gr beef minced
250gr pork minced meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped (or crushed)
100gr breadcrumbs
1 egg
5 tablespoons of whole milk
pepper and salt

Ingredients list cream sauce

dash of oil
40gr butter
40gr flower
150ml vegetable broth
150ml beef broth
150ml (stroke) cream
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Method of preparation

With your hands, mix the beef and pork minced meat with each other. Add the onion, garlic, breadcrumbs and egg there and mix well among themselves. Finally, add the milk to it and season it with salt and pepper.
Now from this mixture you are going to roll all small, round balls. Put it on a (clean) plate, which you put in the fridge for about two hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Take the balls out of the refrigerator and let them reach room temperature. If they are, put oil in a saucepan over medium heat. When the pan is well warm, put the balls in the pan and fry them browned on all sides.
When they are browned, put the balls in a baking dish. In the preheated oven put the dish covered for about 30 minutes.
Now you're gonna make the sauce. To do this, put a saucepan on the fire and melt the butter here. When the butter is melted, add the flour to it. You do this while continuing to stir well (for about 2 minutes). When the flour is well absorbed by the butter, add the broths to it. Keep stirring well. Then add the cream, soy sauce and Dijon mustard. Gently bring the mixture to a boil so that the sauce thickens.
The easiest step: serve all this on a plate with your favorite side.
