A collection of poems to remember Annie and raise awareness of Alzheimer's.
On Saturday, September 21, World Alzheimer's Day, we reflect on a disease that affects millions of people worldwide, including my precious Annie, who died of Alzheimer's.
In the run-up to this day, I want to honor her with my collection of poems “No more with me”. This collection was born from personal experiences and describes the process of letting go, losing memories, and the deep emotions that come with it.
Annie's fight against Alzheimer's has left deep marks, and with these poems I hope to share not only her story, but also that of many others affected by this disease.
Why this bundle?
“No More With Me” is a collection of poems that express the love, loss, and pain of Alzheimer's. It's a way to reflect on one of the toughest challenges we can face as loved ones: saying goodbye to someone who is still physically there but is drifting away mentally. Each page offers an insight into the emotions and the process of gradual loss, something many will unfortunately recognize.
