You can do this exercise Saturday and Sunday. Find a quiet place in the house. Set an alarm clock to 30 minutes. Sit in a nice chair and do nothing for 30 minutes. Just listen to your thoughts. And let your thoughts go where they want to go. And then pay attention to what thoughts come back more often. These are indications that these thoughts deserve attention. You can do this for several weeks in a row and it gives a lot of insight into yourself and what else you want to do in life
