Inflammation
There are 2 types of inflammation. Acute inflammation and chronic inflammation. Today I'm going to talk about the acute inflammation.
Acute inflammation is usually short-lived and necessary to fight harmful pathogens (pathogens). Most of us have experienced, or perhaps more often, acute inflammation.
An acute inflammation is a reaction of the body to, for example, a cut on your finger. Your body goes to work after the cut to heal the wound that has arisen. This can make the body perfect. You do not have to think about it, you do not need to do anything special except if the cut is very large, your body knows exactly what to do. But during that cut, substances can enter the wound that the body does not recognize and thus perceive as an intruder. The body then triggers a defense mechanism, the inflammation.
You will notice this yourself because it will hurt your finger, especially when touched. This is because chemicals are released that stimulate the nerve endings. The area around the cut becomes more sensitive.
