危機 (Crisis): PROBLEM AND OPPORTUNITY

The word 危機 (Crisis) in Mandarin implies two meanings: Problem and Opportunity. Albert Einstein understood his meaning perfectly by saying, "... It is in the crisis that inventiveness, discoveries and great strategies are born (...) Those who attribute their own failures and hardship to the crisis, violent their own talent (...) Without crises there are no challenges, without challenges life is a routine."  These wise words of the propellant of the Theory of Relativity have entailed the consciousness of venezuelan who day after day is in a process of reinvention, that is, in the search for a new form of growth.
Venezuela's is changing its value criterion and trying to outdo itself by becoming an innovator inside and outside the country.  He now understands that the crisis is important to live it to evolve, which gives it the impetus to find profit within each circumstance.   We see this fact in the emergence of new entrepreneurs. This moment of gathering has allowed them to dedicate themselves successfully to other activities totally alien to their daily life.  In fact we can find an engineer practicing culinary art; a lawyer serving in the field of marketing, or a teacher who becomes an expert in technology management, and so many more. Everyone has really taken advantage of this time, to discover their hidden talent, and even to perfect it; of course, his success has been ascending
Constancy and struggle are his precepts.   Their goal is to move forward because for them there are no obstacles, but a rung to better climb and observe the panorama. There's a Venezuelan expression that says, "Who said fear?... It means, "Courage in the face of circumstance." And they're practicing it very well.
When you ask a Venezuelan entrepreneur what is the secret of his achievement in the face of the crisis, he answers without hesittion: Trust, Will and Passion. I admire them.  Keep going!!!
