It's a very valid way to invest, as you can make a lot of money safely.

Investing in real estate requires patience: if you invest in a property and keep it for several years, then the price of the property will rise and you will be able to earn some more money in the long run.

It's an investment where you need time. It is imperative that you give the property a little time to grow efficiently and increase the price.

Currently, this practice has become popular in my country, that is, Venezuela. People who have managed to settle abroad have decided to invest in this way. Since there are homes in Venezuela that are literally worthless.
