
Deze Iraanse kip kerrie is simpel, maar super lekker!
Ingrediënten:
- 1 blik kokos melk
- 6 el kokosrasp
- 1 ui
- 2 teentjes knoflook
- 300 gr kipfilet
- zakje gele curry kruiden
- rijst
Bereiding:
- Bereid de rijst zoals op de verpakking vermeld staat.
- Snijd ondertussen de ui en knoflookteentjes fijn.
- Fruit de ui en knoflook in de pan. Snijd ondertussen de kipfilet in blokjes.
- Bak de kipfilet gaar. Als de kip gaar is voeg je de kokosrasp toe, laat dit goudbruin worden.
- Voeg de curry kruiden en de kokosmelk toe en roer goed door.
- Laat de saus nog even op het vuur om wat dikker te worden.
- Nu kun je lekker genieten!
Tips:
- je kunt ook nog wat aardappel en/of broccoli toevoegen voor wat variatie.
