The extra time into prison

The week into solitary confinement, Iris didn't sit into the cold clothes. The realization that she owes the punishment entirely to herself slowly penetrates deeper and deeper to her. She even starts to see it as an intotervention from above. A learning process because God knows best what's good for her.


She has to abandon her arrogant attitude; she finds out more and more. She can't do anything on her own. Certainly here into prison, many fellow prisoners are bigger and stronger than them. If she doesn't rely on God, she's just going to put it.
