It is mainly used by #bodybuilders and beginners in fitness. One makes no secret that cardio is associated with what a lot of athletes strive for, namely the #sixpack . We are going to research but first a little more explanation in this blog .

What is the benefit of cardio

Cardio may offer some benefits that can help burn some extra calories, get closer to us predetermined purpose to come. Cardio also has a few drawbacks, let's see. Cardio is a pure time cost Our world is based on speed and without any adjustments to time savings we are going to lose time. We simply don't have the time to do cardio 40 to 50 minutes each time. Most people hang or are stuck to a busy schedule. Just look at students, the working people, business men, even pregnant women don't have free time in their tight schedule. So time is an important thing that we have to deal with very wisely so that no useless time is lost. And the time we lose due to long cardio workouts is not the only drawback when it comes to cardio.

Cardio and strength training

Cardio after strength training is ultimately associated with loss of performance. Our anaerobic work (strength training) weakens when we combine it with aerobic work (cardio) In other words, cardio right after our strength training is not really a good idea. These two different types of training require the adjustment of two different types of muscle tissue. We want to avoid this muscle tissue adjustment when it comes to performance and efficiency, which is why it is better not to do cardio immediately after our strength training. I'm saying that cardio is bad for us and that we shouldn't do it? I'll go deeper into it in the next chapter.
