Breaking some key training myths with science and logic

For decades, I have been active as #sporter . sometimes #fitness me before the sun shines in the morning. Sometimes I work out when the sun goes down in the evening. But what's better, #trainen before the sun shines or training when the sun goes down? The answer is a bit complicated, so let's sort everything out

If there's one thing I've realized over the past few years, it's that there's an idea of when we should train. It's just like our mind wants us to believe that minutes/hours and even seconds make our abilities stronger or weaker. #Tijd could lead us to failure or success.

What concerns do I have when I read the following sentences and store them in my mind.

- If you want to stay in shape, don't eat after 8pm

- If you want to burn fat, train for at least 60 minutes.

- Blog for at least 2 hours every day if you want to earn money on the internet
