Isabel Allende participates virtually in the FIlBo 2022

For the first time, the writer Isabel Allende is attending the Bogotá Book Fair in 2022 virtually. The novelist, who received the 2020 Liber Award for Best Spanish-American Author, recognizing her career and her effort to reach all types of readers, is presenting her latest novel, Violeta, at the FilBo. A very current book in which the protagonist lives the most important historical moments of the 20th century, from 1920 — with the so-called “spanish flu” — until the 2020 pandemic

The writer participates in the literary space Conversations that will change her life with the journalist, bookseller and director of the Coffee Tree Book Fair, Claudia Morales, in a pre-recorded session that will be presented at the Carpa Cultural de Corferias on Wednesday 27 April from 6:00 to 6:45pm. m. and, again, on FilBo's social networks on Thursday, April 28 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. This space talks about love, dictatorship, mourning, women and pandemic.
