I love all the information about Queen Elizabeth II, today while reading some history magazines, and they put a lot of emphasis on her because she was the queen, who has reigned for the longest time, the long-lived queen.

Elizabeth II, infinite queen

Tour of the life of the longest monarch who has occupied the British throne.


Elizabeth II reached the throne that flaunts against wind and tide 69 years ago for a carambola of destiny. His uncle Edward VIII abdicated to marry the American commoner twice divorced Wallis Simpson, and his little brother, George VI, had to replace him. Since the death of the latter, no one coughs the 'Queen', who has been the supreme head of the United Kingdom - and of his Church -, setting the record of being the longest monarch of the islands and one of the longest with the crown and scepter of all the 'royals' that have been in the world. Few personalities have lived as closely the history of two centuries as Elizabeth II.
Fireproof, the infinite sovereign has witnessed enormous social, political and family changes, since the Second World War, India's independence (the jewel in the crown of the British Empire), Brexit and even a pandemic. And inside the palace, she had to deal with the divorce of three of her four children; the tragic death of Lady Di, the 'escape' of her grandson Henry and the death of her beloved husband, the Duke of Edinburgh.
