Isn't it wonderful to feel loved

We were busy with home school one morning. My daughter was practicing some maths on her white board while I did some work on the laptip, she called me to have a look, she had something to show me. Of course I thought it was something Maths related, but instead it was this note and this moms heart just melted with love. Isn't it lovely.
I grew up in a home where we knew we were loved in the things that were done for us, but the words were never said. I decided that when I became a parents my children would not only feel it but hear it all the time. They have been told every single day that they are loved, that they are special and that they matter and it's wonderful that they not only believe it but also return that love.

I believe all parents should speak positively over their children. Not only by telling them that they are loved, but in so many other ways. For example by saying "I believe in you and that you can do this" can go a long way.
By praising them for having been kind, or for having tried something that maybe had made them nervous before there are so many ways.
