Last weekend I went to a festival for the first time in my life. So you have to be 45 years old for that.

Two years ago, we had already bought the tickets, especially because Guns 'n Roses closed, my partner's favorite band. Corona, however, threw a spanner to our plans and held the whole world hostage.

So we could opt for a refund or keep the tickets and could even change the day, so a Saturday card instead of the Sunday card. but because we didn't know exactly who was coming back then, we decided to keep the Sunday tickets.

After announcing the program, my partner was not so happy anymore. After all, Pearl Jam closed on Saturday. and who exactly was Imagine Dragons. I myself, however, was more than happy. After the performance, however, my friend was also completely sold.

What an endearing and authentic man Dan Reynolds. and what a live performer. Enthralling over 60,000 from front to back and screaming along with your songs, not everyone seems to me.

He also spoke openly about his own struggles and encouraged everyone and especially the young people to seek help if you don't like it anymore. According to him, asking for help was not a sign of weakness but rather of strength. and I totally agree with him.
I thought that was such a beautiful, powerful and hopeful message that a well-known person uses his influence in this way to give young people a message in terms of content.
That, at a time when everything is doused with a filter and presented more beautifully on facebook by wannabee influencers, someone stands up and shows his true face and tells us that not everything is pink smell and moonshine.

THAT IT'S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY ALL THE TIME.

So my Pinkpop experience was fantastic in one word. I was already a fan of Imagine Dragons. but now I also know what a great man Dan Reynols is. and my love finally gets me and is also a fan LOL.

I think that those who have some influence on the masses should use it to make our world something better by putting aside the superfluous, I am amazed to see so many young Latino idols who do not contribute anything to life but a lot to their wallets and that is very sad @De verhalenheks
