It was a beautiful sunny day
I wish I was lying on a beach chair
On the water, a lake or the sea
That brings so many summer feelings
But feelings you sometimes have to suppress
Trucking yourself out of those blissful dreams
It's Corona time
That is a fact
What we can do hard about
But it's not about dough right now.
But something much more important on our list.
Something that literally kills you
If you're lucky, you're not.
But you can see the traces it left behind.
And yet many do not know how to estimate what selfishness does
They're going on vacation anyway.
And someone gets infected
Then quarantined.
Further is no longer thought
Also not what is expected of you
Death is all around us on this beautiful day
I'm glad I can experience this in my backyard #coronazomer
