What do you need?

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 chicken fillets (in cubes)
  • 3 cloves look
  • 395 ml chicken broth
  • 253 ml cream (full or lean)
  • 455 uncooked penne
  • 165 grams of crushed parmesan cheese
  • possibly parsley (finish)

How do you work?

1. Put the oil in the pan and fry the chicken brown
2. Add the look. Sauté it for 1 minute
3.Now pour the broth, cream and pasta into the pan. Bring this whole to the boil.
4. Put the lid on the pan and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.
6. Finish with the parsley.
