Maybe it works for you if you do things in a different order? So after your breakfast, don't turn on the computer first, but maybe go shopping first? Go for a walk as a distraction or visit a friend or girlfriend. Make a schedule the night before what you 'have' to 'do and what you might want to do. Don't stay in the house, but just go out!
