Making your meals from scratch is all nice and lovely. In theory. Real life has a way of interfering with lovely theories, though. Most of us have jobs. Husbands or boyfriends. Children. Pets. Hobbies. You name it. We all have a chronic lack of time, and our nutrition often suffers for it. And, therefore, our bodies suffer for it. You see, trying to feed yourself and your family a clean, healthy diet, without added sugar (Please, don’t get me started on the amount of sugar that industrially produced foods contain!!!) involves cooking from scratch. A lot. Cooking from scratch, however, takes time, and we are are always short on time. We already covered that much. Let’s start looking for solutions.

I know! We could invent a time machine! Wait, no, that involves actual intelligence and patience. There is a simpler option, but it requires a bit of work. Nothing ever comes for free, so why should great food be any different?
