Every Sunday, in the 1990s, thousands of hopeful Dutch people went to an event hall in 'the Lourdes of Betuwe', for a healing of Jomanda: Lady Of The Light (184 min.). She then made contact with the other side and could cure their condition, disappear their grief, or try to heal their disabled child.

René Broekhuyse, one of Sylvia Millecam's doctors, does not regret the way he treated the actress. The doctor from Haarzuilens, along with another doctor, was found guilty Friday of harming the actress's health, resulting in serious bodily harm. The doctors do not receive punishment because this case has rocked both their professional and private lives. They have also been tapped by the medical disciplinary board. Broekhuyse may no longer exercise his profession. He is still active as a therapist.
