Kievich beans.
What a nice beans!
Now my daughter arrived with a nice surprise yesterday. She's been working at an organic internet store as an order picker for a while. And so she gets acquainted with all kinds of special products. She thought the kievits beans looked so beautiful, she wanted to try them out. And then, of course, I'm supposed to get them ready. Well, I put her to work on my own. And while they took those beautiful peas out of their jackets I took some pictures of them.

The cooking.
On the Internet, I found that you need to cook them for 30 to 40 minutes, and then without salt. That seemed like a good tip, because then the skin becomes nice and soft.
In the meantime, I'm riffing a little minced meat and add a yellow pepper, also an organic one and a little cheaper, because it's second choice. Well, nothing wrong with that, tastes just as good. In the end, I want to put this mixture in a wrap, so I'm looking for Mexican herbs.
In the windowsill there's a bunch of parsley, which I'll have to cut up before it's gone.

In doing so, the recipe arises.
The beans are soft after 30 minutes. It's just a pity that the beautiful drawing has disappeared. I already read that on Smulweb. Good thing I still have the pictures.
