In nepal, we eat meat so differently. I always want to try different cut meats cooked differently. Here we just cook all at one.

@Myranda we just butche most of chicken into similar pieces including bones. We fry it with little oil and spices like corriander seeds,cumin seeds,more indian spices,etc. Onions,tomatoes goes into it to make a thick gravy which is perfect for rice(our main food).
