@marijke it is not a normal combination. I choose this because only cucumber is a great snack, but the egg provides extra satiety and less likely to feel hungry 😁 hence this special combination

@Encaustichris the cucumber is a perfect snack, and the egg makes you less hungry. But indeed, not a combination that you normally encounter quickly.

yummy! I see a hashtag: “20 carbs a day”. Have you ever written about counting carbs? And is this a recommended maximum amount? Does this help with weight loss?

@Ingrid Tips en meer not written about it yet, is planned. I eat 20 grams of carbs a day (low carb) but you also have 50 grams of carbs, and 100 grams (carbohydrate limited) Less than 20 grams of carbs in 1 day is unhealthy. I'll write a post about it 👌🏼 with the total comprehensive info
