Kosher Wine Can Be Vegan

Vegan wine or organic wine
It is common to confuse the term organic with vegan when talking about wines. These concepts are not always linked. The difference between these types of wines is that an organic wine may contain ingredients of animal origin, just as a vegan wine may not be made in an organic way.

One of the differences between the two is the amount of sulfites they can use. In vegan wines this amount is not regulated, unlike organic wines, which have a limited amount of sulphites per litre. Sulfites are a preservative that is added to wine so that it does not degrade.

That is why I learned to make wine what we in Judaism call pure kosher suitable for human consumption. For the wine to be kosher it must be made by a Jew.

Preparation
1) Shel the grapes from the bunches and lightly clean them between 2 pieces without pressing.
2) Put them into the carafon, interspersing a layer of grapes and a layer of sugar.
3) Repeat the procedure until the last layer is sugar. (It is important not to fill the carafon to more than half of its capacity, because when fermenting it needs enough air for it to breathe).
4) Cover the bottle with a piece of cloth inside the hole and another on the outside (which will be fixed with a garter).
5) Place it in a dark and humid place. Let stand for about three days and, from the fourth day, move the jar tilting it once a day, so for about 20 days, until the sugar is no longer visible in the background (the movement will be on the outside, do not introduce cutlery).
6) This wine will last for many years, improving its taste over time.

Kosher wine can be Vegan but Vegan wine cannot be kosher!!!

@ravena69 not kosher is not a procedure it is something separate holy pure and it must be prepared with extreme care and there are several ways to prepare it and the one that I explain here is one of them if you do it in Israel it must be supervised by a Rabbi
