She could not have completed her order and when she looked at the website the next day the offer was gone and 'coincidentally' only the products she had in her online shopping cart were gone.So she told me:“The website of Kruidvat often goes offline at night between 1 and 3 hours, I know that because the website of Kruidvat has indicated to work on the website 2 times on different days and to be temporarily offline, the next day my shopping cart was empty and the offers were gone. They do not indicate that the website goes offline at a certain time, otherwise it would have been noticed via Kruidvat Facebook page that I follow.
