After The Salt Path and The Wild Silence, this is already her third book about the brisk walking tours she and her sick husband take. Much is recognizable and feels familiar, the atmosphere and nature descriptions appeal to the imagination. In this book, she has more attention to the environment, the state of the flora and fauna, in particular, for human (wan) behavior and the consequences of Brexit. Still fascinating again!
